User Testing | UX Audit | Design

  • The client is one of the largest commercial banks in India. The client was concerned about the user experience rendered by its banking application.
  • Our team recommended and performed user testing of the application. The test provided quantitative data such as average time taken per task, mouse clicks per task, number of errors per task, from which up to 20% avoidable clicks were identified.
  • Issues were identified around sources of confusion for the users; recommendations were aimed at removing and fixing 80% of these areas.
